Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Irrespective of the above-mentioned points, if the customer is insistent on returning the product, we may be unable to provide a full refund. However, we will make an effort to refund a partial amount after deducting the cost of any damages incurred.

  • For orders with advance payment that are canceled, a 50% refund will be issued.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

  • Delivery Charges: Customers are required to cover the delivery charges separately. Our pricing structure focuses on manufacturing costs only, and delivery charges are not included.

Shipping returns
